The KCE inverter model oil-free vacuum pumps are widely used for vacuum transport of such things as electronic components, silicon wafers, ceramic condensers, solar panels, DVDs, etc.
Energy Saving Example
We have upgraded the dual liquid ring pumps used for vacuum transport of an end-product manufacturing process with a single KCE500A unit and measured the power consumption differences. At a 100% load factor, the calculated energy savings is 13%, and under actual load rates of 39%, the savings are 66%.

The KCE model dry vacuum pump comes standard with "eco speed control" built-in, and can save on electricity costs by changing speed according to the user vacuum air flow as shown in the light-green part of the chart below. Multi-Unit Control is also supported. Please ask your dealer for details.
