Stainless Steel Shell Heat Exchanger

Built with a stainless steel shell heat exchanger, the RAX is a perfect match for the age of clean, oil-free compressed air.

Please inquire regarding drain oil processing.
Stainless steel piping for improved corrosion-resistance is available by special order.

RAX75J～190J-W models are not Class 2 Pressure Vessel targeted items.
This equipment does not fall under the Class 2 Pressure Vessel Safety Law and therefore is not subject to the required certification procedures etc.
- Multiple connected heat exchanger configuration available (by special order).

RAX240F～450F-WE Features

Saves energy by controlling the number of cooling compressors. (Energy saving type)

Automatic single refrigerant cycle operation (50%) or double refrigerant cycle operation (100%) based on processed air load. Up to 50% savings on electricity bill possible.

Operates with low loads below 0.01 MPa. (RAX240F / RAX240F-W)

Low pressure-loss (pressure-drop) heat exchanger sports little clogging even after long operating hours.

Easy Maintenance and Set-Up
