- For air cooled models, chilled water temp: 20 ℃, ambient temp: 25 ℃, and the discharge pump operating is at maximum circulation. For water cooled models, chilled water temp: 20 ℃ , cooling water temperature: 25 ℃, and the discharge pump is operating at maximum circulation. Cooling capacity is at least 95% of the noted value. Heating capacity will change according to operating conditions.
- The source voltage phase unbalance should be within ±3%.
- The figure noted is when the product is operating at its maximum rated capacity.
- When the current load is continuously within ±10%, and the ambient temperature is stable. However does not include starting times or when the heat-load exceeds the chiller capacity.
- Comes standard with a built-in overload protection circuit breaker (NFB).
- Operating noise levels are from a position of 1 m in front of the product and at a height of 1 m.
- The recommended liquid (chilled water) for use in this product is clean water or a 30% to 40% solution of industrial-use ethylene glycol. Use Aurora Brine or Nai-Brine Z-1 industrial-use ethylene glycol. Alternatively, if conditioned water is used, then it should have an electrical conductivity of at least 1 µS/cm. Note that there will be a 10% drop in cooling capacity if using a low-concentration 30% to 40% ethylene glycol solution.
- Heat output of air-cooled models (in kW) is approx. 1.3 times that of their cooling capacity.
- Depending on the operating environment, condensation may form on piping inside the product, and temporary leakage of water from the pump mechanical seals may also occur, therefore a drain pan (sold separately) should be installed if required.
