Fluid Temp. Control Range of 5 to 35 ℃ allows for wide-ranging applications. High temperature operation possible for piping condensation prevention, etc. Works in an increased range of ambient temperaturesfrom –5 to +43 ℃. (Water cooled types from +2 ℃.)This means our chiller can do its job under even harsher working conditions.

  • If the ambient temperature could possibly fall down to 5 ℃ or lower, then measures should be taken to ensure that external piping does not freeze.

Function Description
Power Outage Recovery Setting Choose from "No Power-Outage Recovery", "Auto-Recovery after Power-Outage", "Remote Switch Priority".
Local or Remote Operation Choose from "Local Only", "Remote Only", "Both Local/Remote".
Alarm Signal Output Choose from contacts being "Open" or "Closed" during an alarm occurrence.
Action on Alarm Occurrence Choose from "Continue" or "Stop" operation of still-working components under alarm occurrences.
Audible Alarm Choose from the audible alarm being "Enabled" or "Disabled" during an alarm occurrence.
Audible Warning Choose from the audible warning being "Enabled" or "Disabled" during an warning occurrence.
Freeze-Prevention Operation Choose from "Enabled" or "Disabled" automatic freeze-prevention pump operation.
Warm-Up Operation Can choose to have the pump automatically run even when the chiller is off to maintain a minimum liquid temp.
Energy Saving Mode Choose increased energy savings by shutting off the compressor when the cooling load falls below 40%.
Low-Noise Mode Choose to reduce noise output by lowering the maximum fan speed to 40 Hz. (Will reduce cooling power by approx. 20%.)
500-Hour Filter Timer Choose to "Enable" or "Disable" the audible 500-hour filter replacement warning.
Liquid Temp High/Low Warning Five fluid temperature limit setting patterns are available.

  1. For operation on air-cooled machines when the chilled water temperature is 20 ℃ and the ambient temperature is 32 ℃, or for water-cooled machines when the chilled water temperature is 20 ℃ and the cooling water temperature is 32 ℃. Cooling capacity is at least 95% of listed figures.
  2. Source voltage phase unbalance should be less than ±3%.
  3. The figure noted is when operating at the highest capacity of its specified operating range.
  4. The compressor may cycle on and off when the product is starting up or when the cooling load is low.
  5. Operating noise levels are from a position of 1 m in front of the unit and at a height of 1 m.
  6. Comes standard with a built-in multi-purpose overload and short circuit protection earth leakage breaker.
  1. The recommended liquid (chilled water) to be used with this product is either clean water or a 30% to 40% industrial-use ethylene glycol solution. Use Aurora Brine or Nai-Brine Z-1 industrial-use ethylene glycol. Alternatively, if conditioned water is used, then it should have an electrical conductivity of at least 1 µS/cm. Note that there will be a 10% drop in cooling capacity if using a 30 to 40% ethylene glycol.
  2. Heat output from the product (in kW) is approx. 1.3 times that of its cooling capacity. (Air cooled models only.)
