Our inverter controlled compressor responds to fluctuating workloads linearly, achieving highly accurate temperature control while using the least amount of energy.
Plus, thanks to ORION's distinctive capacitycontrol system, accurate temperature control can still be maintained during normally difficult to control low load situations.
(User can choose between "High-accuracy" and "Energy saving" modes in response to low-load conditions.)

Liquid Temp. Control Range: 5 - 35 ℃ allows for wide-ranging applications. High temp. operation possible for piping condensation prevention, etc. Works in an increased range of ambient temperatures※ from –5 to +43 ℃. (Water cooled types from +2 ℃.) This means our chiller can do its job under even harsher working conditions.
- For ambient temperature below 5 ℃, measutrs must be taken to ensure that piping outside the chiller does not freeze.

- For operation on air-cooled machines when the chilled water temperature is 20 ℃ and the ambient temperature is 32 ℃, or for water-cooled machines when the chilled water temperature is 20 ℃ and the cooling water temperature is 32 ℃. Cooling capacity is at least 95% of listed figures.
- Source voltage phase unbalance should be less than ±3%.
- The figure noted is when operating at the highest capacity in the normal operating range.
- Does not include starting times or when the cooling load is too small, in which case the compressor may cycle on and off.
- Operating noise levels are from a position of 1 m in front of the product and at height of 1 m.
- Unit comes with a built-in overload protection breaker.
- CE marking is available on a built-to-order based on the RKE750A1-V and RKE1500B1-V models.
- Liquid (chilled water) that can be used are either clean water and a 30 to 40% ethylene glycol solution. Note that there will be a drop in cooling capasity of 10% if using a 30 to 40% ethylene glycol solution. Altematively, if deionized water is to be used, it should have an electrical conductivity of at least 1 µS/cm.
- Do not use aluminum parts for parts that will be wetted with the chilled water. Electrolytic corrosion of aluminum can cause clogging in the heat exchanger.
- Heat output from the unit (in kW) is approx. 1.3 times that of the cooling capacity.
